Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

Rasoi Menu 14 din ka free trial deta hai. Trial period ke dauraan koi charge nahi hota, aur aap kabhi bhi cancel kar sakte hain.

2. Subscription cancellation

Aap apna subscription kabhi bhi dashboard se cancel kar sakte hain. Cancellation ke baad, aapka access current billing period ke end tak active rahega — koi partial refund nahi diya jayega us period ke liye.

3. Refund policy

Chunki Rasoi Menu ek digital service hai jo turant activate ho jati hai, humari general policy hai ki already-billed subscription periods ke liye refund nahi diya jata, sivaye in cases ke:

- Duplicate payment ho jaye (technical error ki wajah se)
- Service continuously 48+ hours tak down rahe hamari taraf se
- Galat plan charge ho jaye

5. Refund process

Eligible refund requests support@rasoimenu.in par bheji ja sakti hain, transaction details ke saath. Refund process hone mein 5-7 business days lag sakte hain, Razorpay ke through original payment method mein.
